Repixelated #2 is a pedestal work that displays moving imagery of the Women’s March on DC in 2017. The bright pink hats walking by aids the viewers in understanding what the nearly abstract content of the image is. The work incorporates varying length acrylic cuboids to create a random topographic display. Using the principle of total internal reflection, the light from behind each acrylic cuboid does not leave out the sides, but only out the front, with the end-result being that the image exists only on the surface of the cuboids.
